"O, Jayanti, Mangala, Kali, Bhadrakali,
Kapalini, Durga, Shiva, Khama, Dhatri,
Swaha, Shwadha, my earnest dedication to
you all. Ma Durga, salutation to thee!"
There is another 'mantra' of total
dedication.One, who chants this 'mantra',
should demand nothing in return of it.
"O, Mahamaya, Chamunde, Mundamalini,
give me long life, victory and liberation.
The flowers of my anjali, I'm giving to you.
Ma Durga, salutation to thee!"
“Pranam”
The next couplet is for only 'pranam',
meditation and purification of souls
without any flower.
"O Sarbamangala, Shiva, Shabarthaswadhika,
Swaranyogya, Trambaka, Narayani,
salutation to thee! You are the cause of
creation, preservation and destruction, the
receptable of all virtues and qualities. O
Narayani, Trigunamayee, Thou art, wealth,
shame, knowledge, faith, growth, the dead
of night, the great illusion, the Eternal and
Swadha. O Devi, O Narayani, salutation to
thee."
